Standardized design and production process:
During production,our staffs strict obey the individual production steps,the region is divide into eight areas:Steel Plant Area、Cutting Area、Assembly Area1、Welding Area、Assembly Area2、Commissioning Area、Finished products Area、Machine Processing Area
About the steel plant area:Our steel plant is purchased from the famous large steel factory which was certificated through the national ISO9001.So our steel plant is guaranteed of the quality.Because of a large purchase quantity,we keep a long and stable trade relationship.About our steel plant,on account of the thickness and hardness is different,there are a lot of differences specifications.The area is used to classify and purchased steel in order ,ready for use.The first process is carry the raw material-steel plant to the cutting area.
The cutting area:All of our transfer wagons are customized,so when there has a production order,our technicists need have a training in advance.According to the different specification and dimensional proportion cut the steel plants.In this area we can see,the machine is CNC cutting machine,including flame cutting and plasma cutting.Our senior CNC worker by operating the machine to achieve the steel plant cutting.The steel plants are cut precisely by the CNC cutting machine.When the steel plants cutting is finished,we carry them to the next area.
