The satndard safety device & special safety device-BEFANBY

    The standard safety device contains warning light,emergency switch and brake.

    First ,look the warning light,is also called warning lamp,there has two types about it,one is normal,the other is Anti-explosion which can be used the special condition.When the cart is running,the warning light will rotate and siren.

    Then look the emergency stop button,when the cart is running, if there is any emergency condition happens, push the button down and the power will be cut off. Rotate the button, you can release it ,like this, the power can be connected.

    The brake is a mechanical special safety device which inhibits motion, slowing or stopping a moving object or preventing its motion We adopt Electromagnetic brakes,the brakes are available with or without a Hand Release.In general,the brake is equipped with the motor together.

    According to your demand,we can install the other safety systems for you,e.g:limit switch,dean-man control,proximity switch,rail sweeper and bumper.

    About the limit switch,It is used to protect the cart running out of the rail when it reached the end of the rails.We can provide two different solutions,one is installed the satndard safety device & special safety at the end of transfer cart ,when the cart reach to the rails'' limit,the limit switch will touch the angle steel,then the satndard safety device & special safety will have a lateral movement,so the power will be disconnected,the cart will stop automatically.The other is installed the system on the rails,when the cart bring into contact with the steel ,it will stop.

    Look the dead man control,it is used to detect objects, such as obstacles and people, etc. The detecting distance is about 0.3-3m.

    The proximity switch,inductive sensor has a sensing distance of 20 mm.When you need the cart to realize some motion at different points,such as stop, adjust the speed to up or down, you can choose the proximity switch.

    Sometimes,when the cart is running ,while,there has some obstacle on the rails,we can design the rail sweeper for you, it is used for sweeping the obstacle on the rails.

    While,about the bumper,it is an energy absorbing satndard safety device & special safety for reducing impact when the cart reaches the end of its permitted travel.They can protect and reduce the damage of the cart when two carts come into contact.
