The source of noise mainly occurs in industrial production. According to national standards, the noise of industrial production plants should not exceed 75 decibels at night and 65 decibels during the day. How to control noise during the production process of the plant? The noise mainly comes from friction, impact, and resonance. As long as these aspects are controlled, the noise can be effectively reduced. Due to the special structural relationship of the industrial plant area transportation equipment track flatbed, the noise is not well controlled.

Only by changing the structure of the rail cart or the wheel material can the noise be effectively reduced. The rail flatbed cart structure is generally welded with a box beam structure and a countertop steel plate. The wheels are embedded at the two ends of the box beam, and the track flatbed is guided by the track. When the 
rail flatbed cart is in direct contact with the track under the working condition, it will inevitably emit a loud sound, and the box beam will spread the sound faster, causing the resonance noise to be larger. If the structure of the rail transfer flatbed cart body is changed and the flat cart body is welded with the profile, the noise will be relatively reduced, but the overallity and aesthetics of the car are not as good as the rail flatbed transfer cart with the box beam structure.
