The driven wheel set is set under the equipment frame on the other side through bearing pedestals.The material of wheel adopts high quality ZG55 cast steel,and its surface is quenched.The equipment shaft material is 45# harden and tempered steel.The structure reduces the table height effectively and improves the lateral stability and the bearing capacity,which makes the frame equilibrium of carrying capacity.

The driving wheel system is installed at the bottom of the trolley frame.The system is made of AC & DC motor,coupling,and driven wheel.For the motor,if it is DC motor,can use the brushless structure,no sparks and no need to replace carbon brush.Of course,the mud,water,dust can’t enter into the motor inside.

About the safety device of rail transfer trolley,including warning light,warning bar,bumper,photoelectric switch,limit switch,option switch,etc.E.g:limit switch,when the running trolley runs the end of rails,the device will touch the angle steel,then the limit switch will lateral rotate,the circuit will be disconnected,the trolley will stop automatically.
