BDG motorized rail powered carts requirements for conductive tracks
1) The resistance between the rails is not less than 10 ohms. For this purpose, the rail should be insulated. The bottom of the rail is coated with asphalt, with a 5mm insulating rubber sheet and tar sand on both sides of the rail.
2) The actual voltage on the 36V track should be no more than 42V. When the line is not started, it should be no less than 30V, otherwise the compensation line must be added.
3) The maximum running distance on both sides of the step-down transformer can be referred to the following table. The maximum distance on one side is half of the listed value. When the distance is longer, the number of step-down transformers can be increased, and multi-point power supply can be implemented. The transformer should be connected to the same power phase point, and the number of transformers should generally not exceed three.
4) If there is a seam rail, the rail joint should have a chamfer of 5mm × 45 degrees to avoid collision with the bottom edge of the friction block. It is recommended to weld the rail by welding, and the joint is ground after welding.
5) The BDG series is a 36V low voltage motorized rail powered carts powered by rails. The track construction requirements are high and the track insulation must be guaranteed. It is forbidden to touch the two rails at the same time.
