1. Low voltage rail power transfer cart installation and use.The resistance between the two rails is not less than 10KΩ. For this reason, the rail should be insulated. For example, the bottom of the rail is coated with asphalt, and the rails of  low voltage rail power transfer cart are filled with tar sand on both sides.
2. The actual voltage of the 36V power supply rail should be no more than 42V. The flat car should be no less than 32V when starting at the end of the line.
3. The rail surface of the two rails should be 8-10mm higher than the floor of the workshop. The inner side of the two rails should have a wheel groove along the groove.
4. If there is a seam track, there should be 3~5mm×45° chamfering outside the joint of the rail to avoid collision with the bottom surface of the electric block without chamfering.
5. The electric flat car cannot be towed by other vehicles that are larger than the rated speed of the flat car, so as to avoid the motor running at over speed.
6. The electric flat car must be inspected for the first time, and should be inspected regularly during use.
7. The electric flat car is operated with the front and back parking buttons, and should be reversed after the parking is completed. It is strictly forbidden to adjust quickly.
8. The new car is back and forth for more than 10 minutes. After observing the normal condition of each component, it is gradually added to the rated load.
