1. No power: Whether the electric system sends power to the electric industrial rail carts, generally use the test pencil test. If there is no power transmission, wait for the power to work.
2, lack of phase: the motor drive main and control circuit electrical damage, line disconnection or poor contact, will also make the flat drive motor missing phase can not work properly, this situation, need to overhaul the main control loop, overhaul, In order to prevent the main and control loops from being sent to the three-phase motor for phase loss and burning the motor, or the electric flat drive motor suddenly runs out of power, causing damage, the motor must be disconnected from the power line first, only for the main control. The loop is powered, then the start and stop switches are clicked to check the operation of the control and control appliances and lines, and the faulty electrical appliances or lines can be repaired or replaced. When the main and control loops are confirmed to be fault-free, the vehicle can be re-commissioned.
3. The voltage is too low: the motor terminal voltage is 10% lower than the rated voltage, and the motor starting torque is too small, so that the electric industrial rail carts can't move, but can't work. When checking, use the multimeter or voltmeter to measure the motor input voltage. .
B. the running noise is too large:
1. Electrical control cabinet failure: abnormal noise occurs in the control circuit, which generally emits “heng” noise. Most of the contactors have faults (such as poor contact of the contactor, voltage level mismatch, magnetic core card, etc.). The fault contactor is inspected and repaired. It must be replaced when it cannot be repaired. After the treatment, the noise is eliminated by itself.
2, motor failure: immediately stop, check whether the motor is single-phase operation, or bearing damage, output shaft axis is not correct and "broom" and other faults, these will make the motor have abnormal sound, the sound position of different faults and the difference between high and low sounds When the single-phase is running, the whole motor emits a "beep" sound that is regularly strong and weak; when the bearing is damaged, it will emit a "beep" sound accompanied by "cracking-cracking" near the bearing; When the heart is not right, or the motor is slightly broomed, the entire motor emits a very high "beep" sound, sometimes accompanied by sharp and harsh sounds. In short, faults should be identified based on the noise, and item-by-item maintenance should be performed to restore the normal performance of the motor. When the motor failure is not processed, the use of electric industrial rail carts is prohibited.
3, the gearbox failure: stop inspection, first determine whether the gearbox or bearing of the reducer is added with lubricating oil before use, whether the lubricant is regularly replaced during use, if not lubrication as required, the reducer will not only produce too high "wong, wong", it will also excessively wear or damage gears and bearings.
C. the braking distance is too long: the brake ring is worn, adjust the brake bolt or replace the brake ring.
D. the motor temperature rise is too high:
1. Overload use: Overload causes the motor to heat up. Long-term overload will burn the motor, so the flat load must be within the rated load range.
2. Motor bearing damage: Replace the motor bearing.
3. Work system work is not specified: it should be strictly in accordance with the motor work system when using.
5. When transporting heavy objects, you can't start again after parking:
1. The system voltage is too low or the fluctuation is too large: restart after the voltage returns to normal.
2. Motor phase loss: check the number of power phases.
