BWT series material cart mainly consists of car frame, wheel sets and other components including draw bar.
The Rail Transfer Cart Heavy Equipment Machinery Transport frame material is Q235-B. It is formed by welding the section steel and steel plate together. The section steel, served as the car’s longitudinal and horizontal beams, is welded under the table and form the grid frame. This kind of material cart design has the advantages of heavy carrying capacity and making the table bear equivalent force. For the convenience of shipping, lifting holes are set at both sides.
Wheels adopt solid rubber-coated wheels, steel wheel inside and outside are imported unbleached polyurethane rubber-coated. The overall rubber thickness is the same, we adopt one wheel c/w two bearing pedestals.
 BWT series material cart is non-powered; it is towed by other machinery, for example, fork lift. In order to change the material cart’s running direction, there are two wheels connected through a rotary support, ensuring that the wheel can turn.
