Malaysia client visited our factory for coil trackless cart

This week, our client from Malaysia stainless industry visited our factory. Because the client schedule is very hurry, so they only stay in our factory for two hours. When they arrived our factory, our general manager accompany them to see the coil cart manufacturing process, commissioning on site and check our warehouse. In the commissioning of coil cart, the client asked the trolley steer, control and charger connector. In our office, our engineer answered their problems about the concentrated load, and will increase beam to strengthen the cart frame firmness. Meanwhile we also discussed the battery change-out problem, we will design special device to help them to pick the battery out.Next, we also talked some details about the trolley and payment.The client are interested in the 20t trackless coil cart. After we talked about the details, they revised specification 30t and confirm the revised quotation will be sent to them on Saturday. Then we took photo together and send the client to airport.
